If you are an at home dad in the Lincoln/Omaha area, you are welcome to join our group.  Even if you work part-time or second/third shift, please join us.  We are made up of dads who chose to be the primary caregiver to their children.  There are a few things about our group to let you know.

We have a regular weekly playgroup where we meet at local attractions or homes of our hosts.  We get together monthly for a Dads Night Out to share food, drinks, and conversation.  Many of our dads choose not to drink alcohol, so please feel welcome to join us even if you don't drink.  We try to put together special events like baseball and hockey games, special outings or playgroups, and family parties.  Many of the dads from our group travel regularly to the national At Home Dad Convention. 

I will no longer be updating this site weekly.  You can join our Yahoo Message Board group to have group updates emailed directly to you.  You can also post messages that will be sent to all group members.  We use this Yahoo group for reminders and information on all of our happenings.  You can find our group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/linomadads/.  Just follow the directions to join and you're in.
